Cleanliness is paramount to a successful rental property, to ensure that your home always looks its best we provide cleaning services to complement our Annual Rental Management Contract.
After your guests visit we will complete a full clean comprising of :
- Cleaning of all services and appliances.
- The property will be swept and mopped throughout.
- All furniture will be cleaned, dusted and polished.
- All linen will be changed, laundered ironed and sorted in anticipation of your next guests.
- In addition, we will make sure there are sufficient toilet rolls, light bulbs.
- Also checking that all appliances are in full working order and all china, cutlery and utensils are in good condition.
We offer an extra mid-week clean if requested by your visiting guests, at their expense. This is termed as a ‘half clean' providing fresh linen, cleaning of all floors and surfaces, including sun terrace.
The cost of Cleaning and Changeover services is dependent upon the size of your property. We will advise you as to the quantity of ‘sets of linen' that it's advisable to hold, usually three - one in use, one being laundered and one set available for use.
Our cleaning/changeover service is offered as a stand alone service but complements other services offered such as Annual Rental Management Contract and Key Holding.

Club Atlantis is centrally located in the upmarket area of San Eugenio overlooking Puerto Colon Marina, There are many shops, bars, supermarkets and a great choice of excellent restaurants all within the immediate vicinity. The complex has two circular pools surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sunloungers and parasols there is also a pool-side bar serving drinks and snacks during the day, this is turned into a restaurant during the evening serving a good 3 course menu for 12 euros . Gardens surrounding the hotel are all well maintained. The hotel itself offers a self service laundry, internet stations and a hair and beauty salon. Reception is manned 24 hours a day and offers a money exchange service, you can also purchase small items of confectionary, postcards and stamps from reception. Where apartments do not have private safes for guests to use the hire of safety deposit boxes are available from reception. A taxi rank is a 5 minute walk away or reception will call one for you.
Recently refurbished this 1 bed apartment is superior to many on the complex.
The accommodation consists of a twin bedded bedroom with bedside cabinets and fully fitted mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. There is also a hairdryer and safe for guests to use. The lounge has a double sofa bed with a sprung base and separate mattress. It contains a flat screen TV which receives some english channels as well as a DVD player which plays both CD's and DVD's. Both the bedroom and lounge have portable fans.
It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship courses.
Easy access to geranium walkway means you can walk as far as La caletta to the right or Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs or Los Cristianos to the left. In fact the area caters for just about every taste.
