We offer a selection of additional Guest Services for visitors staying at your property, at a supplementary cost to them.
The tiny things often are the ones that are remembered, we want your guests to be impressed by the service that they receive, culminating in them having a great holiday - ultimately our aim is that they wish to rebook your accommodation for subsequent visits.
From the moment your guests arrive in Tenerife they are our responsibility, we will always attempt to provide any service a guest requires providing it is within our ability, we currently offer :
Car Hire
We can arrange car hire locally for your guests, this is usually cheaper than through other providers and collection can be arranged at their convenience.
Cots, high chairs or Buggies
These items can be hired on a weekly basis.
Maid Service
The property will be made ready for your guest's arrival and then cleaned every 7 days thereafter during their stay, however, should additional cleaning services be required by them either daily, or a mid week clean - {a half clean after 3 days}, they just need to notify us by annotating the booking form and we will contact them to discuss their requirements further. Additional cleaning costs are the responsibility of the visiting guests.
Greeting Service
We will meet your guests at their accommodation. We will provide them with keys and show them around the property explaining how everything works and answering any initial queries they may have. At the end of the stay we will return to the property, check the inventory and if everything is in order return the security deposit and collect the keys.
Welcome Packs
We can arrange for grocery packs to be available on your guest's arrival, Welcome Packs need to be requested at the time of booking and can be paid for locally on arrival.
Pack A
Water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice, white/red wine, six beers, bread, butter, toilet rolls, washing up liquid and hand soap.
Pack B
Water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice, toilet rolls, washing up liquid and hand soap.

Ocean Park is centrally located in the popular San Eugenio area of Torviscas. It is within easy walking distance of many local shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment. The complex itself has two swimming pools both with children's section with sun terraces and a pool bar, serving drinks and snacks from 9am until 8pm. The seafront area of Puerto Colon and Torviscas beach are a 5 minute stroll, the Aquapark with its water slides and dolphin show and the popular bi-weekly Torviscas market are both only a 15 minute walk. Although close to everything the complex retains a quiet relaxed ambience.
The apartment is superior to many on the complex. There is a good sized open plan Kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen has been refurbished to a high standard with breakfast bar, a 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge with top box freezer, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area contains a large double sofa bed with proper sprung base and mattress, TV receiving BBC1, 2, ITV and channel 4,DVD player, video player and stereo system. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the balcony. The bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables and a large chest of drawers, there are large built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and hangers. There is a portable fan, a hairdryer for guests to use and also a safe. Patio doors also lead from the bedroom onto the balcony. The balcony contains a patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining and 2 sun loungers all with large padded cushions. The bathroom contains a vanity sink unit with storage under, bidet, wc and bath with shower over.
