As part of this service Tenerife Letting's& Property Management include key holding, we hold keys on your behalf, securely, and make then available upon request, following our security process, to individuals verified by the property owner. So if you yourself arrive in Tenerife at the last minute, Tenerife Letting's& Property Management will be able to provide you with keys to your own property.
Even though you are the owner of the property if you make the decision to travel at the last minute, Tenerife Letting's& Property Management will gladly provide you with a welcome pack should you require one.
Tenerife Letting's& Property Management's ‘Property Maintenance' package includes the property watch service and additional services such as gardening, pool and general maintenance.
Following your departure, Tenerife Letting's& Property Management will then clean the property as with any vacating guest and then continue the property watch service until perhaps the next time you turn up at the last minute to Tenerife!

Club Atlantis is centrally located in the upmarket area of San Eugenio overlooking Puerto Colon Marina, There are many shops, bars, supermarkets and a great choice of excellent restaurants all within the immediate vicinity. The complex has two circular pools surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sunloungers and parasols there is also a pool-side bar serving drinks and snacks during the day, this is turned into a restaurant during the evening serving a good 3 course menu for 12 euros . Gardens surrounding the hotel are all well maintained. The hotel itself offers a self service laundry, internet stations and a hair and beauty salon. Reception is manned 24 hours a day and offers a money exchange service, you can also purchase small items of confectionary, postcards and stamps from reception. Where apartments do not have private safes for guests to use the hire of safety deposit boxes are available from reception. A taxi rank is a 5 minute walk away or reception will call one for you.
Completely refurbished this studio apartment is superior to many on the complex.
The accommodation consists of a twin bedded sleeping area with bedside cabinet there are built in wardrobes with hanging and drawer space. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area to accommodate 4 persons when required. There is also a hairdryer for guests to use. The lounge contains a TV which receives the main english channels.
It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship courses.
Easy access to geranium walkway means you can walk as far as La caletta to the right or Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs or Los Cristianos to the left. In fact the area caters for just about every taste.
