Renovated in 2003, the vast majority of the 98 apartments on this complex are privately owned. The complex has the following facilities : 3 swimming pools, including a children's pool, poolside bar serving a good selection of breakfasts, snacks, meals and drinks. Internet access in the bar area (additional charge is payable locally). Occasionally there are quiz nights and other events in the evenings, 24 hour security, Rooftop solarium, Pool Tables. There are a large number of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the resort. Yucca Park is located one block back from the sea right on Fanabe beach. FANABE is a quiet resort with a long sandy beach in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife. It is one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and has a reputation for quality hospitality. It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship course, Adeje Golf. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering to everyone's taste and budget within the immediate vicinity. To the right is the exclusive hotel of Bahia del Duque with its upmarket restaurants and shops and to the left is the busy resort of Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs. In fact the area caters for just about every taste. There are markets in Torviscas (a 2 minute walk away) on a Thursday and Saturday and a Sunday market held in Los Cristianos on a Sunday. Markets open 9am to 2pm. Siam park is also close by being the largest water park in the whole of Europe it is well worth a visit.

PRICES are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment.
