The Property Watch service is predominantly for owners who live overseas and use the property for their sole use, therefore the property may be left unattended for long periods of time. By taking advantage of the Property Watch service it provides you with the peace of mind knowing that a trustworthy person is visiting your property on a regular basis.
Property Inspections
We will visit your property on a monthly basis :
- Clearing letterbox
- Sweeping gardens and patios
- Checking and recording any faults or defects
- Ensuring your property is clean and tidy
- Testing all appliances
- Carry out internal safety and hygiene checks
- Checking all utilities
- Checking for vermin
- We will visit your property should there be a storm to ensure everything is in working order and that the property has sustained no damage.
Following our visit we will submit monthly Property Status reports either by post or e-mail, together with images of any areas of concern.
Within our Property Watch service, the stand alone service of ‘Key Holding' is automatically included.

Ocean Park is centrally located in the popular San Eugenio area of Torviscas. It is within easy walking distance of many local shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment. The complex itself has two swimming pools both with childrens section with sun terraces and a pool bar, serving drinks and snacks. The seafront area of Puerto Colon and Torviscas beach are a 5 minute stroll, the Aquapark with its water slides and dolphin show and the popular bi-weekly Torviscas market are both only a 15 minute walk. Although close to everything the complex retains a quiet relaxed ambience.
The apartment is superior to many on the complex, overlooking the pool. There is a good sized open plan Kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen has been refurbished to a high standard with breakfast bar, a full oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster full fridge freezer, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
The lounge area contains a large double sofa bed with proper sprung base and mattress there is an additional sofa to seat all apartment guests. The TV receives some english channels and there is also a DVD player which plays both CDs and DVDs.
Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the balcony. This contains a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The bedrooms both have twin beds with bedside chest of drawers, there are built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and hangers. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the lounge area, a hairdryer is also supplied for guests to use and also a safe.
The bathroom contains a sink, wc, bidet and bath with shower over.
