Apartment Description
Golf del Sur is located on the south coast of Tenerife, only a short distance form Reina Sofia Airport.
As the name suggests Golf del Sur exists for golf. There are a number of superb courses however other entertainment haven’t been left behind. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, some offer facilities for watching major sporting events. Many of the bars have some evening entertainment singers, Dancing acts and Comedians plus many other guest performers. There is a varied selection of entertainment for all the family.
The new marina is within easy walking distance of the apartment, as are a good selection of other bars and restaurants.
The Ocean Golf & Country Club is located on the southern tip of the Golf del Sur approx 200m from the sea. It is a new complex and this apartment is the largest with 3 expansive bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with twins beds).
The apartment boasts an enormous patio, part of it is covered for when the sun gets really hot. The patio has two tables with chairs plus sun loungers and overlooks the communal pool.
For the golfers (less than 2 mins by car) there are two courses, namely Amarilla Golf and Country Club and the Golf Del Sur (27 holes)
For those who find steps difficult, there is a lift to each of the floors.
In exchange for a refundable deposit, we will supply the remote control for the secure gates leading to the secure underground car park. The lift will take you directly from the car park to the apartment.

The lounge area contains a double sofa bed, a TV receiving local and some satelite channels, a DVD player and a hi-fi system there is also a selection of both CDs and DVDs. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the terrace area.
The bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Hangers and a hairdryer are also provided . Both the bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans.
Fanabe is a quiet resort with a long sandy beach in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife. It is one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and has a reputation for quality hospitality. It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship course, Adeje Golf. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering to everyone's taste and budget within the immediate vicinity. To the right is the exclusive hotel of Bahia del Duque with its upmarket restaurants and shops and to the left is the busy resort of Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs. In fact the area caters for just about every taste.
