Apartment Description
SOL SUN BEACH is a front line resort located alongside the sea right on Fanabe beach. The complex with its huge sun terraces surrounded by gardens is well maintained. The swimming pool has a separate children's pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside snack bar serving drinks, snacks and ice cream during the day. There is professional entertainment arranged on some evenings. The hotel offers a restaurant which serves a buffet style breakfast and evening meal, a games lounge, supermarket, self service laundry and Internet stations (all incur additional charges). There are a large number of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the resort. A taxi rank is a 2 minute walk away. Reception is manned 24 hours a day and offers a money exchange service.
THIS APARTMENT is superior to many on the complex, overlooking the pool and the ocean in the distance. The accommodation consists of a good sized open plan Kitchen/lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen contains, a full oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, there are plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area contains a large double sofa bed with proper sprung base and mattress, a large flat screen TV receiving the main english channels and a DVD player which plays both CDs and DVDs. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the balcony. The balcony contains a table and chairs for al fresco dining, sunloungers for relaxing and a washing line for drying clothes. The bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables with reading lamps and a large chest of drawers with mirror above. There are fully fitted mirrored wardrobes in the bedroom with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Hangers and a hairdryer are also provided as is a safe. Both the bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans.
FANABE is a quiet resort with a long sandy beach in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife. It is one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and has a reputation for quality hospitality. It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship course, Adeje Golf. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering to everyone's taste and budget within the immediate vicinity. To the right is the exclusive hotel of Bahia del Duque with its upmarket restaurants and shops and to the left is the busy resort of Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs. In fact the area caters for just about every taste. There are markets in Torviscas (a 2 minute walk away) on a Thursday and Saturday and a Sunday market held in Los Cristianos on a Sunday. Markets open 9am to 2pm. Siam park is also close by being the largest water park in the whole of Europe it is well worth a visit.
PRICES are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment.

The complex has two circular pools surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sunloungers and parasols there is also a pool-side bar serving drinks and snacks during the day, this is turned into a restaurant during the evening serving a good 3 course menu for 12 euros . Gardens surrounding the hotel are all well maintained. The hotel itself offers a self service laundry, internet stations and a hair and beauty salon. Reception is manned 24 hours a day and offers a money exchange service, you can also purchase small items of confectionary, postcards and stamps from reception. PUERTO COLON MARINA is located on the coastal path between Los Americas and Fanabe, with restaurants bars and cafes all along the walk. Puerto Colon is an idealic resort with a wonderful sandy beach, safe bathing and mountain views to die for, In fact every facility you could wish for from a top class location. The Marina is one of the principle Marina's on the south of the island, servicing the needs of Los Americas, San Eugenio, Torviscus and Fanabe and is part of a very up-market modern development. Not only is it the centre for diving and boat excursions but also Power Boats, Yachts and Fishing Charter Boats are all here, as well as the Catamarans which leave from this port, for Whale watching trips between Tenerife and the Island of Gomera. The port is also known for the various statues that are placed around the Marina area. The whole ambience of this resort is one of quality with top notch facilities, providing security guards, lots of Bars, Restaurants, Boutiques, extensive Parking, and Toilets, in fact everything you will require, and all skirting the Marina and beach areas. The Beach is known as Playa La Pinta Beach and is adjacent to the Marina.
