The Villa has its own parking space with electronically operated gate. You enter into the front terrace. Passing through the front door, you come into the entry vestibule, from which you can access the lounge, kitchen, the second bedroom and the guest shower room, and the stairs to the upper level.

The ultra-modern kitchen is separate, except for a serving hatch, and has every modern appliance imaginable, all of the fixed appliances are made by Bosch, and are fitted into the high class floor and wall units, topped by granite worktops.

The hallway takes you past the guest shower room, to the lovely second bedroom, which has twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes , a TV and air conditioning. Patio doors lead out to the terrace and gardens.

Also off the vestibule is the fabulous lounge with patio doors looking over the gardens and out to the Ocean and the island of La Gomera. The lounge is furnished with two large suites, the raised dining area has a large dining table and chairs for entertaining, and a magnificent 50 inch plasma TV, with digi box and playstation 3 which can also be used to watch blue ray dvds, playing music from an mp3 player and viewing photos from a digital camera.

Moving upstairs is the fantastic master bedroom, bathroom, and private balcony off. The views to the front are again over the gardens and out to the sea, and to the left you can see all of the way out to Playa de Las Americas, and the point of Parque Santiago. The bathroom contains a vanity sink unit, wc and bath with shower over. The bedroom contains a king size bed, there is also fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a TV with separate digi box and video recorder. The balcony contains a further outside suite, where you can sit, relax and idle the hours admiring the view.

Moving outside, there is a large terraced area and a garden with tropical plants. The gardens are set in an area of artificial grass (no-mow). Stairs lead down to the communal pool which although is for a number of villas is nearly always solely for private use as very rarely is there more than one person using it at any one time. From the end of the garden you can enjoy the panoramic views from Parque Santiago to Callao Salvaje and beyond.
