This recently refurbished studio apartment is part of a complex situated in the Torviscas area, very close to the well known resort of Playa De Las Americas. It is just a few minutes walk away from the lovely beaches at Torviscas and Fanabe. Local bars, restaurants and shops are all within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is also close to other attractions such as the water park, the newly opened cinema as well as water sports, boat trips and other excursions. Bedrooms:Separate sleeping area has 2 single beds that can be easily moved to make a double. Sofa bed in living room sleeps 2. Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and wash hand basin with spotlight vanity mirror. Kitchen: Ideal for self catering with 2 hobs, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, cutlery, pans and crockery. Utility Room: Bedlinen and towels provided. Please note beach/pool towels are not provided. There is also a clothes horse, mop, bucket, dust pan and broom. Living Rooms: Consists of armchair and 3 seater sofa bed, ceiling fan, Cable TV with English channels and a DVD player that also plays CDs. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. Other: Balcony has a sea view with a patio table and 4 chairs which is ideal for watching the sun set over the Atlantic at the end of the day. There is wardrobe space with the use of a free safe and a full length mirror. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: The property will be cleaned and fresh linen and towels will be provided for your arrival.

Renovated in 2003, the 98 apartments on this complex are all privately owned. The complex has the following facilities : 3 swimming pools, including a children's pool, Poolside bar serving a good selection of breakfasts, snacks, meals and drinks. Occasionally there are quiz nights and other events in the evenings, 24 hour security, Self Service laundry, Rooftop solarium, Pool Tables, and Internet access in the bar area.
Yucca Park is located one block back from the sea right on Fanabe beach.
The apartment has a good sized open plan Kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen contains, a full oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster fridge with top box freezer, there are plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area contains a double sofa bed, a TV receiving local and some satelite channels, a DVD player and a hi-fi system there is also a selection of both CDs and DVDs. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the terrace area.
The bedroom has a large double bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Hangers and a hairdryer are also provided as is a safe. Both the bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans.
Fanabe is a quiet resort with a long sandy beach in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife. It is one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and has a reputation for quality hospitality. It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship course, Adeje Golf. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering to everyone's taste and budget within the immediate vicinity. To the right is the exclusive hotel of Bahia del Duque with its upmarket restaurants and shops and to the left is the busy resort of Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs. In fact the area caters for just about every taste.
