This villa is set in a quiet corner of the Sunningdale complex overlooking the gardens and the ninth hole of the world class championship Golf del Sur course. with the sea just a short walk away. Sunningdale attracts families and couples alike who want a relaxing holiday in pleasant surroundings within close walking distance to all amenities . It is a virtually flat site and therefore suitable for elderly guests. The complex itself contains 24 hour reception with multilingual staff, Large shared pool, with loungers, children's pool, children's play area with swings etc. Kiddies club -Team marina where parents may leave their children with trained staff for a short time

The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped, the lounge contains a large corner leather sofa with reclining seats. There is Satelite tv covering mosts major English ie BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Sky News Sky sports, Euros sports etc and european stations. There is also a DVD player for guests use (DVD's can be hired from receptions). The villa sleeps 6 persons in 3 bedrooms (all have ceiling fans). There are 3 Dining areas one inside, one secluded terrace at the back of the villa or the sunny terrace at the front of the villa (all areas seat six). The Fully equipped American-style fitted kitchen contains a full size oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.

Ocean Park is centrally located in the popular San Eugenio area of Torviscas. It is within easy walking distance of many local shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment. The complex itself has two swimming pools both with children's section with sun terraces and a pool bar, serving drinks and snacks from 9am until 8pm. The seafront area of Puerto Colon and Torviscas beach are a 5 minute stroll, the Aquapark with its water slides and dolphin show and the popular bi-weekly Torviscas market are both only a 15 minute walk. The upper level also contains a loft bed which is suitable for 1 or 2 young persons up to the age of about 12.The bathroom contains a vanity sink unit with storage under, wc and bath with shower over.
