Apartments California are situated in the centre of Playa De Las Americas in a peaceful garden area but only a short distance from the wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops and all the amenities offered in Playa De Las Americas.
The popular Troya beach is only 800m away and slightly closely to the Las Vistas beach some 700m from the complex.
Without doubt Apartments California is the ideal location for those who wish to spend their holiday in a peaceful location but within easy reach of the wide variety of entertainment on offer and available in this resort.
The complex itself offers one outdoor fresh water pool and sun terraces with umbrellas and sun beds. There is also a Snack/Pool Bar serving all sorts of light meals and snacks. Reception offers money exchange facilities.
This studio apartment is superior to many on the complex, having been recently refurbished. It contains an open plan sleeping/lounge area with twin beds, bedside table, built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and hangers. The kitchen contains a 2 ring hob, combination microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.
The outside terrace overlooks the pool and has table and chairs for al fresco dining.

It is a 10 minute stroll to the beach, the Puerto colon marina and the resort's many attractions. It is a 15 minute walk to the bi weekly Torviscas market held every Thursday and Saturday.
This apartment has fantastic views and is a nicely furnished apartment. The bedroom comprises twin beds, bedside cabinets and fully fitted wardrobes with safe for guests to use. The bathroom has a sink, a bath with shower over and a wc. The lounge contains 2 sofas both which makes up into a bed to accommodate 4 guests, there is also a 32" wall mounted flat screen TV showing the 4 main UK channels. There is also a Radio/CD Player. The kitchen comprises a full oven, 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with small top box freezer, toaster as well as plenty of pots pans, cutlery and crockery.
Facilities within the complex include a foyer with a lift and a 24-hour reception. Facilities also include car hire, safe hire, a currency exchange desk and a supermarket. There is a cafe, a bar, a games room and a restaurant available to guests. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground.
Outside there is a large saltwater swimming pool as well as a smaller childrens pool, a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. Sports enthusiasts may like to play table tennis or try out diving. In addition, a water leisure park (Aquapark) is located only around 50 m from the complex. A varied entertainment programme is arranged in the lounge bar each week.
