Apartment Description
A popular choice with couples and families alike, this is the perfect loation for any age looking for an exciting, busy holiday in the resort of San Eugenio, Costa Adeje. It is a 10 minute stroll to the beach, the Puerto colon marina and the resort's many attractions. It is a 10 minute stroll to the bi weekly Torviscas market held every Thursday and Saturday.
This luxurious penthouse apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. The bedroom comprises twin beds, bedside cabinets and fully fitted wardrobes with hairdryer and safe for guests to use. The bathroom has a vanity sink unit, a bath with shower over and a wc. There is also a washing machine within the apartment for guests to use. The lounge contains 2 large leather sofas one which makes up into a large sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests, there is also a 32" wall mounted flat screen TV showing the 4 main UK channels. The kitchen comprises a full oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with small top box freezer, toaster as well as plenty of pots pans, cutlery and crockery.
Facilities within the complex include a foyer with a lift and a 24-hour reception. Facilities also include car hire, safe hire, a currency exchange desk and a supermarket. There is a cafe, a bar, a games room and a restaurant available to guests. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground.
Outside there is a swimming pool as well as a saltwater pool, a Jacuzzi, a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. Sports enthusiasts may like to play table tennis or try out diving. In addition, a water leisure park (Aquapark) is located only around 50 m from the complex. A varied entertainment programme is arranged in the lounge bar each week.

Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the terrace area.
The bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Hangers and a hairdryer are also provided . Both the bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans.
Fanabe is a quiet resort with a long sandy beach in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife. It is one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and has a reputation for quality hospitality. It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship course, Adeje Golf. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering to everyone's taste and budget within the immediate vicinity. To the right is the exclusive hotel of Bahia del Duque with its upmarket restaurants and shops and to the left is the busy resort of Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs. In fact the area caters for just about every taste.
